Yes, much has been gone missing in both – form/theory and practice but
I think it may not as same way or level you might be thinking about as
you mentioned in your article – JANATA PRATI KO AVISHWAS KO RAJNITI
published in the date of 1st January in your own paper.

The biggest problem is that Maoist has behavioral problem while Nepali
Congress has got it with its attitudes.

We must not forget that Inclusive and Proportional Republican Nation
was the head to head mandate of the people to the political parties.
Democracy wasnot a 'complimentary party' thrown by Gyanendra to the
parties and leaders. Blood and body brought it. Republic Nation was /
is Demand of the people, not a proposal nor a draft!

Time is so fragile that this isn't a time to waste talking about the
form only. It's time to talk about addressing the real need and
intention of the people. Form is just a matter of galvanizing to the
intention. Frame work should work right now.

Another thing I just donot understand: that why are you so worried
about the credit that is going to Maoist. Finally they should be
accredited for their contribution on kingless Nepal because every body
knows a Republic Nepal was just a mischievous audacity- even to
imagine few years ago.

My firm belief is that all (system, rules, law, ……..) created for the
benefit of the people. If anything among them goes wrong, doesnot
work, blocks,……… than the most powerful rule is that "break them" That
is the most de facto legitimacy where there is no stamping or formal
approval. Is this government an elected one? Of course not! And we
still approve it, don't we?
Republic Nepal was/ is the Demand of the people. So we donot need to
go for its approval.

Your child asked you for an iphone and you got it for him. Now, is it
compulsory for you to seek approval from your son on buying same one,
again? Of course, your child may complain if you do buy I clone-phone
for him, instead of real (iphone) one
